1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) are entered into between you and JZ Ming Media LLC. They govern your access to and use of https://homesaversmasterclass.com, including content, functionality, and Services offered on or through it (the “Platform”).

By using the Platform, related registration links from this Site, or purchasing a paid membership or digital product offered under this brand, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

We may change the Platform and these Terms at any time; changes are effective when posted. Continued use after posting means you accept the changes. Our Privacy Notice is incorporated; if there is a conflict, these Terms control.

As used here, the “Team” includes JZ Ming Media LLC, owners, assigns, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and directors, and parties involved in creating or delivering the Platform.

2. Description of the Services

This Site is operated by JZ Ming Media LLC. It promotes a free live training webinar featuring speakers such as Troy Joseph (host) and Norman Yelder (co-host), under Home Saver Challenge / Home Savers educational branding.

Related sites: JZ Ming Media LLC also operates https://homesaverschallenge.com. Seat reservation may finish on that related registration experience. Paid Home Savers Loss Mitigation School memberships may be sold or fulfilled through related Home Savers checkout and community tools. Using either site in connection with the webinar or School means you agree to the applicable Terms for the site you are using, and to registration or checkout terms shown on the form you submit.

Free webinars remain available. Free webinar language in these Terms stays in effect. Paid School memberships (Section 7) are in addition to free training offers.

Educational disclaimer language on the Site is part of your understanding of the Services. Foreclosure situations vary; homeowners in active foreclosure should contact their lender and a HUD-approved housing counselor and consider licensed counsel.

We may modify Services, schedule, format, platform, or speakers without liability. Please also review our Earnings Disclaimer and Refund Policy.

3. Intellectual property

Platform Content (text, video, logos, training materials, and related assets) is owned by JZ Ming Media LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive license to access content for educational use while using the Platform. You may not copy, record, republish, sell, or commercially exploit materials without prior written permission, share School credentials, or use speaker/company names to imply endorsement of your services.

4. Limited license and prohibited uses

You agree not to misuse the Platform; violate law; harvest data without authorization; interfere with security; harass speakers or attendees; submit false information; introduce malware; impersonate JZ Ming Media LLC, Troy Joseph, Norman Yelder, or related brands; use content for unlawful or deceptive practices toward homeowners; or access the Service if under 18.

5. Registration, accuracy, and verification

If you reserve a seat or purchase a membership, you agree to provide accurate contact information. Registration or checkout may occur on a related JZ Ming Media LLC page and may include third-party email/phone verification. We may deny or cancel registrations that appear false, incomplete, or abusive. You are responsible for safeguarding webinar and School access links sent to you.

6. Free seats; fees for paid products

Primary offers promoted on this Site include free training webinar seats. Free seats have no purchase price.

If you purchase paid digital products, tickets, Home Savers Loss Mitigation School memberships, or other Services through this brand or a related Home Savers checkout:

7. Paid memberships — Home Savers Loss Mitigation School

In addition to free webinars promoted on this Site, JZ Ming Media LLC offers a paid educational membership called Home Savers Loss Mitigation School (the “School”), typically purchased and fulfilled through related Home Savers checkout and community tools (including https://homesaverschallenge.com). Purchasing School access means you agree to this section, these Terms, our Refund Policy, and our Earnings Disclaimer.

Educational only

The School is educational training and coaching on loss mitigation. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice; not lending or foreclosure-defense representation; and not a guarantee of income, clients, loan modification, or any homeowner/foreclosure outcome. See Section 2, Section 8, and our Earnings Disclaimer.

Pricing models

Prices shown at checkout control if they differ from this summary:

  1. Monthly — $99/month, recurring until you cancel.
  2. Pay-in-full — $995 one-time for 12 months of access from the purchase date. Not a subscription; does not auto-renew.

Billing, access, and platforms

Checkout uses tools such as GoHighLevel and Stripe. After payment, access is typically delivered by a Skool invite email. You must provide an accurate email, check spam/junk, and keep your login secure. Third-party platforms have their own terms.

Monthly cancellation

Cancel anytime by emailing support@homesaverschallenge.com, or via any self-serve portal we provide. Cancellation stops future charges. Skool access generally continues through the already-paid month, then ends. After the first 72 hours, payments already made are not refunded, except duplicate purchases under our Refund Policy.

72-hour refund: If you cancel a monthly membership within 72 hours of your first payment, we'll refund that payment in full. Email support@homesaverschallenge.com to cancel.

Pay-in-full: no auto-renew

The $995 option covers 12 months and does not auto-renew. Access ends after 12 months unless you manually renew (another pay-in-full term or monthly plan, if offered). We may send an optional reminder near term end; renewal remains optional. Not renewing does not create a refund right.

Nonrefundable (except duplicates)

School memberships are paid digital products and are generally nonrefundable except for duplicate purchases. Details: our Refund Policy.

8. SMS, email, and call marketing

If you consent on a registration form to recurring automated marketing (calls that may include AI/prerecorded/artificial voice, texts, and emails) from JZ Ming Media LLC and/or the marketing team named on that form, that consent creates a marketing relationship as described on the form and in the applicable Privacy Notice.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to texts; use email unsubscribe links; or email support@homesaverschallenge.com. Message and data rates may apply; frequency varies. Marketing opt-out does not by itself cancel a paid membership; cancel School billing as described in Section 7.

9. Training outcomes; no guarantees

Training (including free webinars and the School) is provided as-is. You alone decide whether and how to apply strategies. We make no guarantees of income, clients, loan modification, foreclosure, or homeowner outcomes. See our Earnings Disclaimer.

10. Third-party content and links

The Site may link to third parties (registration pages, checkout, video players, calendars, social platforms, Skool). Third-party services have their own terms. Related JZ Ming Media LLC domains remain under our operation as described in these Terms. We do not endorse third-party sites merely by linking. School billing and access may involve GoHighLevel, Stripe, and Skool.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT CONTENT IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT. USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS; EXCLUSIONS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

12. Limitation of liability; indemnification

Our total liability for claims relating to the Platform or free Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), or, for any paid product or membership, the amount you paid us for that product in the three (3) months before the claim (if any).

IN NO EVENT SHALL JZ MING MEDIA LLC OR THE TEAM (INCLUDING PRESENTERS TROY JOSEPH AND NORMAN YELDER) BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, WEBINAR, OR SCHOOL.

You will indemnify and hold harmless JZ Ming Media LLC and the Team from claims arising out of your use of the Site/Service, your breach of these Terms, your misuse of content, or your business dealings with homeowners or third parties.

13. Limitation on time to file claims

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS, THE PRIVACY NOTICE, OR THE PLATFORM MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR IT IS BARRED.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including Terms violations or nonpayment. You may stop using the Site at any time. Membership cancellation is governed by Section 7. Surviving provisions include IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and governing law.

15. Governing law; disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where prohibited, exclusive venue lies in state or federal courts in Texas, and you consent to jurisdiction there. Claims must be individual, not class or consolidated, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. Miscellaneous

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Notice, Earnings Disclaimer, and Refund Policy are the entire agreement regarding this Site unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms in a business transaction. Force majeure events excuse delay or non-performance beyond our reasonable control. International users access the Platform at their own risk and must comply with local law.
